mantispy.ds.agnp(cache_dir=None, **kwargs)

Silver nanoparticles in Huh7 cells, 180 wells at two sizes and three timepoints.

cpg0040-garcia-fossa-AgNP, the smallest dataset here at 300 kB. Each size is given at one dose: 40 nm at 0.00012 mg/ml and 100 nm at 0.00036 mg/ml, in Metadata_NPSize_nm and Metadata_Concentration_mgml. The 60 untreated wells, size and dose 0, are the negcon of Metadata_control_type. Metadata_Time is 1, 15 or 30, with 20 wells of each condition at each.

Parameters:

• cache_dir (str | Path | None (default: None)) – Where to keep the download. Defaults to mantispy.settings.cache_dir.

• kwargs (Any) – Passed to mantispy.io.read_profiles().
