mantispy.ds.amish(cache_dir=None, **kwargs)

An Amish cohort, 468 wells varying seeding density and timepoint.

cpg0047-amish. Metadata_density_cells_per_well and Metadata_timepoint_hours hold the two factors.

Parameters:

• cache_dir (str | Path | None (default: None)) – Where to keep the download. Defaults to mantispy.settings.cache_dir.

• kwargs (Any) – Passed to mantispy.io.read_profiles().

Returns:

Wells by features, indexed by plate and well, with Metadata_CellCount and Metadata_SiteCount.
