mantispy.ds.luad(cache_dir=None, **kwargs)

LUAD alleles, 6,144 wells of wild-type against mutant.

cpg0031-caicedo-cmvip, sixteen plates read down to the features they share. Metadata_x_mutation_status separates the mutants from the wild type.

Parameters:

• cache_dir (str | Path | None (default: None)) – Where to keep the download. Defaults to mantispy.settings.cache_dir.

• kwargs (Any) – Passed to mantispy.io.read_profiles().

Wells by features, indexed by plate and well, with Metadata_CellCount and Metadata_SiteCount.
